SBIR Contracts Open Doors For LifeWave, Inc.

LifeWave, Inc., founder, John Tupin, became a client with The Federal Technology Center (The FTC) in 2001, and has regularly requested advice and then followed through on our recommendations to best position his company for federal contracts. Although much of the technology they provide is proprietary, he has managed to make high level contacts with a number of government agencies that benefit from their non-invasive medical sensors and other technologies. We found The FTC’s seminars provided us with the basic tools to move forward. We met with an FTC counselor and went through the process of finding and applying for SBIRs and found two of our three research grants through a resource they told us about.”
