Two easy steps to sign up for GovLink Bid-Matching service
 


Step 1. Download and complete the GovLink Bid-Matching Form, which includes the required GovLink Bid-Matching Profile and The Federal Technology Center (The FTC) Client Application.

Step 2(a). PAY WITH CREDIT CARD:  Fax the completed application to 916.334.9078 and click here to pay online with your major credit card.

Or

Step 2(b). PAY WITH A CHECK:  Mail the completed application with your check for $199 payable to The Federal Technology Center to the address below:

1. What are the turnaround times for GovLink Bid-Matching leads?
The bid announcements are e-mailed to you the day after they are located online. In general, most bids have a two week to one month turnaround time.

2. What agency sites are searched? We search federal, state, city, county and some municipality sites. Your search can be customized to include leads across the nation or just in specific states or counties. We search over 120 state and local sites in California, and numerable federsal sites. If you want to search the entire country, we can search over 1900 websites across the United States.

6. How do I access my customized leads? Every day you will receive an
e-mail notice directing you to a link where your customized GovLink Bid-Matching report can be viewed online.

Leads are organized by date and categorized by type of opportunity: FedBizOpps (including Federal Award Date), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), web based, international, local and state (non-federal). Leads can be viewed from the past 20 days.

7. What research can I do with GovLink Bid-Matching service besides looking for prime contracts?

Market Research:
