Partnership Agreements
We may be able to connect your business to our government partners for cooperative research and development. This provides your company access to state-of-the-art equipment, valuable expertise, and possibly shared expenses.

Partnership Agreement Mechanisms with Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) - The Federal Technology Center can assist in forming partnerships between DMEA, a federal lab, and your organization. Below is a number of mechanisms that DMEA uses to work cooperatively with the private sector and academia:

• Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA)

• Educational Partnership Agreement

• Commercial Test Agreement

Examples of DMEA Partnership Agreements:

• The FTC facilitated a partnership between California State University, Sacramento and Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), to transfer on loan $1,000,000 of high tech equipment.
