Federal Contracting Opportunities for Disabled Veteran Businesses
October 7, 2002
On October 7, 2002, The Federal Technology Center, Congressman Doug Ose, California, 3rd District, and the Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) Alliance co-hosted a conference focused on providing vital information to disabled veteran business owners about contracting with the Federal government. Over 150 attended and twelve different organizations had exhibit booths or information tables.

The FTC Influence Reaches Arizona to U.S. Army Proving Ground

The FTC Facilitates Agreement Between
U.C. Davis and DMEA
March 22, 2001
On March 22, 2001, Mr. Ted Glum, Director, Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) and Dr. Ahmad Akim-Elahi, Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research, Director of Sponsored Programs, signed a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA), which was facilitated by The FTC. This CRADA allows cooperation between government laboratories and universities in researching subjects of mutual interest.
