Coming to Fairfield April 26: Solano County Super Seminar - Getting to Know Your Local Contracting Resources

The Federal Technology Center (The FTC) in partnership with County of Solano and Solano College Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will present the Solano County Super Seminar, a free government contracting resource and networking event on April 26, 2006, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Business owners that are interested in learning about federal, state, and local contracting opportunities in Solano County should attend. The Super Seminar will be held at the Solano County Government Center, Solano County Board of Supervisors Chambers, 675 W. Texas Street, Fairfield, California.

Supervisor Mike Reagan , Solano County Board of Supervisors, District 5, will be the keynote speaker.

Small businesses can take advantage of this opportunity to learn about free contracting resources available in Solano County to help their businesses prosper; learn how to sell their products and services to federal, state, and local government agencies; meet purchasing representatives from the presenting government agencies; and learn what types of products and services these agencies will be purchasing in the upcoming year. There will be ample opportunity to network with speakers, federal, state, local agencies, and other small businesses in the exhibit area.

Presenting government agencies include the Bureau of Reclamation, Travis Air Force Base, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), California Department of General Services (DGS), City of Vacaville, City of Suisun, County of Solano, and the Solano College Small Business Development Center ( SBDC).
