Partnership Agreements
The Federal Technology Center (The FTC) serves as a facilitator for cooperative work between government organizations, businesses, and academia. Consequently, we can help your federal lab enhance its mission through building and maintaining beneficial partnerships with other government organizations (federal, state, and local), businesses, colleges and universities.

Partnership Agreement Mechanisms
The Federal Technology Center has assisted in forming partnerships between Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), a federal lab, and several other organizations. Below is a number of mechanisms that DMEA has used, and which we may be able to assist you in using, to work cooperatively with the private sector and academia:

• Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA)

• Educational Partnership Agreement

• Commercial Test Agreement

Examples of DMEA Partnership Agreements:

• The FTC facilitated a partnership between California State University, Sacramento and Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), to transfer on loan $1,000,000 of high tech equipment.
